Christmas in the Country is a “Hallmark Christmas Movie style Christmas festival” with a focus on the true meaning of Christmas. We have live music, a live nativity, hot dogs, jambalaya, funnel cakes, hot chocolate, carriage rides, and much more. And there is no cost because it is our church’s gift to you!

Join us on Jackson Street in Alexandria to kick off the holiday season with the festive Alexandria Christmas Parade. This parade features cheerful holiday floats, enchanting performances, and a special appearance by Santa Claus himself as the Grand Marshal. Don’t miss out on the holiday magic at the Alexandria Christmas Parade!

Create wonderful holiday memories with a casual stroll through the Zoo’s colorful environment sparkling with thousands of lights and whimsical lighted animal figures. Open 5:30 pm. Last Entry 8 pm.
